a new house?

Derek and I saw a place in Orting across the street from a friend. We fell in love with it and are hoping for the best! It's more than what we could have imagined we'd want and it's perfect for us! We just have to hear back from the landlord and save up our first/last and deposit to move in... oh and give our landlord notice. Hopefully giving them notice will not be a problem seeing as we'll be breaking out lease just about 3 months shy of the end. I'm praying hard that if it's meant to be it'll all work out, but I REALLY REALLY WANT IT! ;]
